Musical Instrument Grant

To help ensure that Peoria Area children have the opportunity to lean to play a musical instrument, the Guild provides on a yearly basis a grant to a Peoria Area Middle school for the purchase, or rental of musical instruments.   The Guild will follow-up on grants to confirm their use.  The grant is made on a rotating basis to Peoria Area schools.

Donations for this program are accepted any time, but a concerted effort for donations to this program will be made at the Guild’s Winter Luncheon and other events during the year.

The Alice B. Oakley Memorial Scholarship-Young Artist Scholarship

This scholarship is given to the three finalists in each year’s Young Artist Competition.

Joyce Stanisic Student Concert Scholarship

This scholarship is used to help fund the yearly Student Concerts.
